Green Factories to Explore Intelligent Energy

In order to promote and implement Xi Jinping's idea of ecological civilisation and to build a platform for communication and interaction between enterprises and the public, on August 15, on the occasion of the second National Ecology Day, Shanghai Leader carried out an open day for the public, for which 40 new employees from Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry (SRICI) came to visit the Company.

As a shareholder and technical partner of Shanghai Leader Company, Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry has formed and adhered to the tradition of new employees visiting and learning at Leader Company every year, moving the classroom to the front line, realizing the "two-way rush" between the research institute and the national green factory, and jointly driving the technological progress and green upgrading of the upstream and downstream industrial chain. The docent led the group to visit the central control room, micro fire station, production site, ecological home and other areas, focusing on the Company's efforts in fulfilling the social responsibility of central enterprises, safe and green development, and breakthroughs in advanced preparation technology, allowing everyone to experience the Company's concept of green and low-carbon development. The safety management personnel introduced the Company's micro fire station and "135" emergency response principles to the scientific research newbie, and invited part-time firefighters to provide on-site guidance and teaching on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the wearing of air respirators.

Newcomers in scientific research have expressed that from the laboratory to the production workshop, from conical bottles to reactors, we have come to the forefront of the industry. It is a vivid on-site practice guided by the needs of enterprises, industries, and countries, and is the basic driving force for scientific research exploration. We must aspire to become participants and promoters of industry progress, deepen cooperation between institutions and enterprises, and promote the transformation process of scientific research achievements as soon as possible.

In recent years, Shanghai eader Company has carried out environmental protection public welfare activities on the streets and communities 10 times through the "going out & inviting in" approach, and has invited nearly 800 members of the public from 14 batches to visit the company. This has created a new way for communication between enterprises and the public, and firmly established a national level green factory innovation, green, and open corporate image.
