As a national green factory, Shanghai Leader Company has always been committed to assuming social responsibility and promoting sustainable development, establishing a complete waterresources management system to ensure the effective implementation of water-saving measures; Actively advocating the concept of water conservation, enhancing employees' awareness of water conservation, and practicing the concept of green development with practical actions; Continuously optimizing the process, actively using water-saving equipment, recycling and reusing water resources through various methods, and maximizing energy conservation and emission reduction. In recent years, the Company has successively built and put into use equipment and facilities such as vent gas spray tower water pump sealing cooling water, steam condensate recovery system, and combined refrigeration system of liquid nitrogen ice machine, which can save about 10950 tons of water per year.
In 2023, through a series of optimization measures, the Company's water intake per 10000 yuan of output value was 0.2208m3/10000 yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 15% and lower than the Shanghai Industrial Energy Efficiency Guidelines standard of 86%. At the same time, the industrial water reuse rate is 95.05%, the indirect cooling water circulation rate is 99.07%, and the steam condensate water reuse rate is 89.86%, which is at the leading level in the industry.
