The party branch of the company carried out production safety theme education activities in conjunction with the central task, watched the special film "Life is More Important than Mount Taishan" and a warning film on the gas explosion accident in Yinchuan, and studied General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on production safety to improve the ideological understanding and firmly establish the concept of safety development.

Emphasize safety and promote education to the front-line

The main person in charge of the company uses the team handover meeting to carry out safety education activities, delving into the front line to carry out safety production laws and regulations, safety development concepts, and safety responsibility implementation education, promoting and enhancing the awareness of all employees to ensure safety.

Strengthening responsibilities and full coverage of the two lists

On the basis of updating the HSE responsibility system for all employees and signing the HSE target responsibility agreement at the beginning of the year, the company organized all employees to prepare a list of job HSE responsibilities and work tasks, sorted out work requirements, and deeply rooted the "three management and three musts" in people's hearts.

Improving skills, conducting both competition and tests

On the basis of continuing the third year's comprehensive HSE skill testing for all employees, the company will conduct HSE skill competitions, including oil basin fire extinguishing, fire hose laying, and simulated cardiopulmonary resuscitation, to compete with employees, select HSE skill experts, and promote the achievement of the goal of "everyone being able to respond to emergencies".

Conduct drills, internal and foreign training together

In order to comprehensively enhance emergency rescue capabilities, the company organized two emergency drills in June. Firstly, a hazardous chemical leakage accident emergency plan drill was carried out for new materials and atmospheric containers with weak management. The part-time emergency rescue team was the main member to assess the emergency response level of personnel for new project materials and enhance the internal emergency capabilities of the enterprise; The second is to conduct joint drills with Jinwei Fire Rescue Station on the emergency plan for tank area fires, strengthen the linkage between enterprises and consumers, and effectively improve the ability to report, receive, and handle fires.

Eliminating hidden dangers with the assistance of information platforms

The dual prevention mechanism platform of the company's safety classification control and hidden danger investigation and governance was put into operation in June. It uses information technology to refine the inspection requirements of different levels of positions, statistically analyze the situation of hidden danger investigation and rectification, and assist in the comprehensive and effective implementation of hidden danger investigation work.
