SLC-G（HD）

features and uses

SLC-G(HD) is a new Ziegler-Natta type magnesium-titanium-based dry powder catalyst, replacing UCAT-A(2000), and an upgraded product of our SCG-1(III), with a catalyst activity of 6,000~8,000 KgPE/Kgcat, which is suitable for operation under the condensation state of Univation, GPE and other production processes. It is characterised by good catalyst mobility, stable charging, high activity and short residence time. The catalyst is mainly developed to meet the requirements for higher activity and stability of the catalyst in the condensing or supercondensing operation mode of the gas phase fluidised bed process. It is mainly used for the production of medium and high density polyethylene products with narrow molecular weight distribution. The final polyethylene products can be used as injection moulding, wire drawing moulding, etc. The main applications are such as household utensils, turnover boxes, forklift trays; rotary fishing nets filaments, etc.
