SLC-i (HD)
features and uses
SLC-i(HD) catalyst is a Ziegler-Natta polyethylene catalyst suitable for the Innovene process operating in the condensed state, with a catalyst activity of 4,000~8,000 KgPE/Kgcat. It is a complete replacement for the SDX catalyst, and is mainly used for the production of high-density polyethylene products with narrow molecular weight distribution. The catalysts offer excellent hydrogen modulation sensitivity, smooth reaction and product quality control, good powder flow, the ability to operate the plant at higher loads, low hexane extraction from the resin, and good dart impact strength and optical properties.
