features and uses

SLS-100S catalyst is a titanium-based polyethylene catalyst for the production of HDPE products with bimodal or broad peak molecular weight distributions and high molecular weight fractions with specific copolymerisation monomer contents. The catalyst has an activity of 20,000-30,000 KgPE/Kgcat and can be used to produce high value-added products, especially in the production of high-grade pipes, such as PE80, PE100, PERC, etc. It is widely used. It has the features of high activity, good hydrogen modulation sensitivity, excellent copolymerisation performance, high polymer bulk density/(kg/m3), good polymer particle morphology and low amount of fines, and it is suitable for the production conditions of Inex InnoveneS, UHMWPE, Total process and so on.
