On the basis of fully complying with the technology of annular polyethylene process, Shanghai Leader has improved the original traditional system based on the long-term experience of applying catalysts in annular process units, and has carefully designed and developed and screened the process piping, equipment functions, internal structure, system refinement and facility accessories.  

This product is suitable for Borstar, Innovene S and Philips ring pipe polyethylene processes.

The dry powder catalyst is fed into the catalyst charging tank through the conveying system, then solvents (propane, hexane, pentane, isobutane, etc.) are added to the catalyst charging tank for pressurised soaking, and then fed into the two catalyst feeding tanks (one standby). The catalyst is then fed into the two catalyst feed tanks (one standby). The catalyst feed is then metered by 90° rotation of the four-way metering valves using the appropriate control programme, and the catalyst is then brought into the ring tube reactor by means of the high-pressure solvent.

 

Product characteristics:

1、Protect the catalyst particle morphology and reduce product abrasion;
2、Improve the stability and accuracy of charging;
3、Make up the shortcomings of traditional dry powder catalyst feeder which has the phenomena of sticking wall, bridging, poor fluidity, uneven filling, inaccurate metering and clogging; 4. Reduce the energy consumption and labour cost of the device.
